Appliances are fully compatible with Hong Kong and Singapore electricity standards: UK plugs and 220V.

We cover any manufacturing, technical and transportation fault and damages. So your purchases are guaranteed to be in perfect shape, as they should.

 

For appliances, an optional 2-year warranty can also be purchased.

Beyond the guarantee and warranty period, our technician can also provide repair services.

During the 90-day guarantee or 2-year warranty, our technician will conduct repair, or we replace with a brand new unit if needed. Just like other local retailers, some parts may need to be flown from Europe and take 1-2 weeks. 

 

As usual, guarantee cannot apply to damages caused by wrong installation, mishandling, liquid damage, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Air shipment takes 1-2 weeks. Cost to ship an oven is usually HKD$1000 – 2000. The more you buy, the less you pay for shipping per item. 

 

You can also ship by sea, which takes 6-8 weeks, and costs HKD$6000-8000 per pallet, which can fit 3-5 appliances.
