WARRANTY

 

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Our goods are of excellent quality and construction. We will correct, free of charge, any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the delivery date of the goods, subject to the provisions shown below. For customers who purchase longer warranty periods of 3 years, the validity will be 3 years from the delivery date.

  • We reserve the right to inspect and test the product/s for the purpose of determining the extent of any defect and the validity of any claim made under this warranty. All defective parts/products replaced by Posh Warehouse under this warranty will be deemed to be the property of Posh Warehouse.

  • This Posh Warehouse warranty will not apply if the product/s is rendered faulty by a factor other than a defect in materials and workmanship, or damages occurred during the transportation of the goods to the delivery address.
    Such factors include but are not limited to:

 

  1. Damage through misuse (including failure to maintain, service or use with proper care), neglect, accident or ordinary wear and tear (including deterioration of parts and accessories and glass breakage);

  2. Use for a purpose for which the product was not sold or designed;

  3. In the case of household appliances and vacuum cleaners, commercial use;

  4. Use or installation (where applicable) which is not in accordance with any specified instructions for use or installation;

  5. Use or operation after a defect has occurred or been discovered;

  6. Damage through exposure to chemicals, dusts, residues, excessive voltage, heat, atmospheric conditions or other forces or environmental factors (including vermin damage) howsoever outside Posh Warehouse's control;

  7. Repair, modification or tampering with by the purchaser or any person other than a Service Agent authorized by Posh Warehouse; or

  8. Use of parts, components or accessories which have not been supplied by or specifically approved by the manufacturer


This warranty does not apply to consumables such as batteries, filters or globes.

  • Consumer must retain proof of purchase (receipt) in order to be eligible to make a warranty claim under this clause.

  • The Posh Warehouse warranty provided under this clause is a transferable right.

  • While we will use reasonable commercial endeavours to have all necessary spare parts available for the purpose of repair or service, we are not liable for delays due to sourcing of unusual parts which are required, or due to circumstances beyond the control of us.

  • Title to the product shall remain vested in us until we receive full payment of the price, and risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery / collection of the product (as the case may be).

  • To be entitled to Posh Warehouse’ specified term of warranty, electronics and electrical appliances of all brands shall be limited to domestic and personal use only.

  • We shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred by you or by other person arising (directly or indirectly) out of the sale and purchase transaction with you.

What is covered in the 90-day guarantee?

All products enjoy a 90-day guarantee, covering any manufacturing defects, technical faults and damages caused by transportation. The 90-day period begins when goods are delivered to the customer.

Is there warranty for the products?

Posh Warehouse's 90-day guarantee effectively provides warranty, and more.

For appliances, customers can choose to purchase a 3-year warranty, with the same coverage terms. Our technician will conduct repairs, or we will replace as appropriate and replacements.

Furniture come with longer warranty periods, which are different by brand and by parts. Please check with our staff for details. Meanwhile, if shipping cost is required, it will be additional and not covered by the warranty.

What happens after the warranty period?

Our technician can continue to service your appliances, for a fee.

You can also contact the brand’s local service center for repairs, though their service rates will be higher than that of Posh Warehouse.

What is the refund and change policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. However, we do offer a 90-day guarantee for any manufacturing defects, technical faults and damages caused by transportation.
